I WISH I could give a better review because I love pawn shops and this one was close to me. Having said that I have had no great experience there. The lady that owns the place is hard to deal with and seems quite jaded with her customers. The other staff didn't seem to know how to work the computer and never seem to care about the customers. I give them 2 stars. If you like to be low balled on your expensive things they will help.if you want to be overcharged for cheap used goods they will help. On a side note one of the employees was so tweaked out of his mind he couldn't stand still or stop jacking his jaw he advised the owner to loan me 50$ on a 1200$ automobile stereo when I asked for a hundred dollar loan. I think that's methed up. Beware of this place. This is after multiple visits to buy items there not a one time experience. I bought a lawnmower there and was told too bad when it didn't run.

The staff was friendly and inviting. I got an xbox 1 from them and it's been working so far, I did have to come back to the store twice (one of the times were my fault I didn't realize they didn't also play xbox 360 games) and I thought it was broken.the first console they gave me simply wouldn't power up. But they made it right with another console and even threw in a free game, not a bad place.

1st pawn is the best place around for used tools, lawn equipment, stereo equip, games, and DVDs. The prompt and friendly service are second to none. All employees are super friendly and quick to lend a helping hand. The deals are incredible and you always leave satisfied. So if your in town it's a great place to stop in and check out the merch.

Pawned laptop and files went missing. I can't say for sure if something else caused it, but it's not like anything I have seen malware do in all my time majoring in cybersecurity. Just be smart and reset, secure, or make a guest account for your devices before taking to any pawn shop. Guess you live and learn. Ill be more cautious in the future. But im smart enough to back up anything I want to keep so I didn't make a deal out of it. But it adds to the list of reasons I miss home and haven't appreciated this town compared to the one and the folks where I grew up.
I seem to keep on finding myself having high hopes in every place I go to associate with in almost 3 years here and end up disappointed every time..

Called 2 pawnshops, one in Dublin and one in Pulaski downtown (1st pawn). The guy in Dublin proved to be completely rude both times I called him. VERY RUDE. Im so glad I ended up going to this one. If I could give them a hundred more starts I would. This is by far the best pawnshop I have ever been to. They gave me the best experience I ever had at any pawnshop ever and I've been to plenty enough in my life to know these guys are the best. No other pawnshop comes close to this one. I don't even usually leave reviews unless it's really good or really bad. So the fact that I'm leaving one and happily taking the time to do it out of my busy schedule speaks for itself. They are polite, knowledgeable,and just down right great people. From now on this is the only pawnshop I give my money or things to.

The only pawn shop I will ever use. I've been doing business with them 24 years and they've never did me wrong and always treated me with respect, not only as a customer, but also as a friend. To deal with someone for that amount of time, you got to have a good understanding on both sides. No other pawn shop in Pulaski or surrounding areas, can compare.

Awesome people. 1st time going here and I definitely wish I would have visited sooner. Instead I was going to another shop right down the road that offered considerably less than this one. Try them out and I can promise you'll never go to the other shops around town.
