The owners and staff are the most loving, professional and caring people that I have met. The beautiful and modern building allows us to feel that we have all that we need in one place.. A complete kitchen and coffee bar area, plenty of space to sit with our laptops and create, a comfortable gym, a yoga room, the greatest locker room, sauna, a cozy nap room, and so much more! My home office, while it served it's purpose, no longer provided enough space from a beckoning 3 year old wanting ONLY MOMMY to open her fruit snacks... So I went in search of a small, practical place and this place over delivers on every level.

A room with a door and internet is all I needed... But the gym, sauna, nap room, podcasting studio, and photography studio are all a REALLY nice touch, guys! That's not to mention the sprawling "break room", included coffee and cold brew (for private office members), and numerous other perks I'm sure I'm forgetting!

So if you are in the North Tampa, Bexley, Odessa, or Trinity areas and you are looking for a space to retreat to get some focused work done, 4 & Co is your place to do it! Tell them I sent you so you can come by and say "hey" to me when you move your business here. You'll be so glad you did!

Honestly, I have never seen such an amazing coworking space. Everything you want is all in one place and the memberships are extremely affordable! Outside of the amazing work spaces, they have incredible resources for their entrepreneurs including but not limited to a gym, a quiet room, a podcast space, and a photography studio! Anything you could need to move your business forward is already in this space. Are you looking for a new home for your business? This is definitely the place to make it happen!

I cannot say enough good things about 4 & Co Coworking Spaces in Land O Lakes! This office space has absolutely changed my business. As a small family-owned business, I never thought I would have access to 2 receptionists, a coffee bar, an on-site gym/sauna, an event space, and more! My clients all love grabbing a cappuccino before our meetings in the gorgeous conference room. My favorite part about leasing an office at this building is the comradery and support from other business owners. It is a networking goldmine!
