They installed tires I had bought online. They will also price match tires. My experience was great. It took about 2 hrs for front and rear tire install. The waiting area was comfortable complimentary water or coffee which I thought was a nice bonus. They also brought me back into their lift area to bring up an issue they saw on my 03 Dyna. I've been trying to get my front tire replaced for weeks trying to get Harley To do it and calling around to other places and finally I contacted this place. On a Saturday, he said, yeah, come on in. We get it done for you and took them less than an hour to get it done. They did a great job. And i spent way less if I was to go to harley

I arrived early and they started even before my appointment. I needed a front tire replaced and they made sure that both the tire and parts needed for my spoke wheel was in stock. They had said it would not take long and advised me to wait. It took about 45 minutes and everything was done. They are very helpful and I enjoyed the time there, great people.
