Refuse to run a card as credit. They make you run it as debit. Sounds suspicious to me. They seemed annoyed when I asked about it. Maybe they're trying to steal your information?..

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. They didn't answer the phone when I called, but did give me a call back! Plenty of surplus uniforms and equipment, spanning several decades. Picked up some snow shoes and old wool field pants. Definitely some "tacticool" offerings, but overall, it's a solid stock of US (and some foreign) military gear.

Manager offered me $25 total for an IBA without its soft armor but just its Yoke and Groin protector, 2 field jackets and a brand new pair of boots. And then when I asked for exchange or store credit he literally gave me $5. Overall, this is a good place to buy from but it’s just the manager low balling you.

My first time in the Fairbanks store, as an avid milsurp collector they had a wide variety of unique gear I’ve never seen in the other locations. The guy behind the counter was really nice and gave me a great deal on a flight deckhand helmet, something I’ve never seen in any store before. Will definitely stop by next time I’m in Fairbanks.
