Food is always great at Kinders! Tried the loaded tots with BBQ Pork and everything on it. IT WAS DELICIOUS! Of course I also got a drink and the sweet potato fries 😋 highly recommend Kinders.

Boy I hate to do it. Kinder's used to be the business, but I don't know when the barbecue got so mediocre and the service got so rude! Long and short they raise their prices but didn't change it on the menu so whenever I inquired why they were charging me more than what was advertised they made me feel like I was a jerk for asking and the "manager" was the most petulant of all she insisted it wasn't her fault and was very snide. I got my food and the ball tip with cold and full of Gristle and the ribs where mediocre at best this place used to be the shizz nizzle now it has fallen to corporatization like many others it's not a bad place it's just very disappointing from what it used to be!

Customer service at the counter was sooo much better. I was offered a free half rack for my previous issue. But I guess they felt some way about that because I didn't get the best pieces. I got the old pieces. They're just going to keep playing. Time to let this ship go. The full rack I purchased was just as dry and old!

It was my fault. I should’ve ordered barbecue, but I was craving a deli sandwich. I upgraded to the deluxe which said double the meat for the ravenous appetite. It seems like there was barely any meat on there at all so you probably get one extra slice of lunch meat Taste overall was equal to Safeway in my opinion for the price I could’ve gotten way bigger sandwich from Safeway but you can’t go to a Chinese restaurant and order a burrito and expect it to taste good so ordering a deli sandwich from a barbecue spot was poor judgment on my partthis rating is just for the deli sandwiches barbecue taste delicious

This was my second time coming to this location. Both times Terry greeted us immediately. The food has been very tasty both times although the ball tip was cold today and a little red for my boyfriends liking( that's okay though, more leftovers for me, lol). This is and will continue to be my Special Treat after cancer treatments! Thank you Terry for putting a smile on my face!

This place has great food. However, over the last year or so, they've seemed to have reduced their staff, resulting in slower service and rushed orders,leading to errors of service. Check your orders before leaving. Great food

Wow. Just. Wow. Best BBQ I have ever had. I lived in Reno for 6 years where they had a BBQ cook off and thought they had the best. This place beats it hands down. So so tasty and the chicken was tender and juicy, the tater tots had great spices, the hot sausage link was fantastic and the pulled pork sandwich was amazing. They added all of their sauces in the to go box - all of them were just so good. Go. Just go. You will NOT be disappointed.
