There is also construction that just started for another larger size business. There is no advertisement as to what it will be. I have lived near here several uears and it has been a safe relativly friendly place to shop.

Who is responsible for cleaning the parking lot garbage every ? This makes Hercules look pretty bad also will attract rats. People pan handling and smoking their dope outside cigarette store, . All kinds of garbage where carts are for big lots.

I like hardware stores. While I prefer the old mom and pop stores, they're becoming rare. This big box store is among the better Home Depot's in the area. This store has a good selection, even though they aren't as large as some others. It also tends to be cleaner and better organized than some. I have found the employees attentive and helpful. I have also noted that the lines usually move fast. This causes me to believe they are better managed and better staffed than most.

Great place to shop and eat or just enjoy yourself watching the birds or walk the path that takes you by a pond where blackberries grow, then to see the fountain across the street

"The customer service was terrible. I don't know where customer service has gone, but it's clearly not present at this place of business. I have worked in customer service for over 30 years, and I don't know why it's all so bad now. All I can say is, if you go to stock your shelves, make sure you put the product in the right location. If you don't honor the price where you put it, it creates confusion for customers."

Easy access, a variety of shops & places to eat for what I'm looking for. More than ample parking & many of the business owners are very welcoming & helpful. I primarily shop Tapioca Creekside Cafe for their great smoothies, teas, pastries & to buy my lottery tickets. This store has big winners often & Michelle, the owner is the best! Love visiting & buying from her.

Not by any fault of their own that, they have to lock up everything behind a metal screen with padlocks on almost everything Very sad that people today find it necessary to steal such huge amounts of material from home depot that they are forced forced to lock all of the electrical materials up. Unfortunately, the help that they hire these days has very little experience with electrical and material necessary for the job. They know practically nothing, and it is very hard to see what is behind the lock screen's end. To explain this to a no nothing employee is a waste of time. I would always go to an electrical supply house. In Concord or Albany at Bayshore supply. But sometimes time is money. And you think you can save it by going to home depot? But in reality, it is just a waste of a contractor's time.

Creekside, is one of the oldest strip malls in Hercules.
The strip mall is anchored by a Home Depot store.
I think, it is one of the better Home Depot's that I have been.
The lay out of the strip mall is very convenient.
Very close to the freeway.
Parking is ample, and it is very close to the other strip mall that forms the Hercules shopping district.
The only thing missing in this strip mall is a main stream supermarket.
But, Safeway and Lucky's are practically just around the corner.
