I'd suggest a more efficient method of paying with a credit card, so that the techs do not have to write in the details. A system such as tappers or squares could be ideal and help make the process faster. It's a minor thing, but I'll be using RCS Garage Door Hercules again and will recommend the service to anyone. I didn't take a photo of the broken spring however the new springs appear solid and the door functionality is a lot smoother. Thanks!
