Great fun on the lake. The nuclear reactors are turned off. It's $12 per car for entrance. The Beach Store has some interesting things to offer. The kayak rental and life guards only operate Friday, Saturday and Sunday. They have loaner life vests when they're opened. Plenty of shower rooms and bathrooms are decently cleaned. The beach front is too small so you'll have to get there early. Californians here are typically nice. The location and privacy are unbeatable. Would go back if I'm ever in town again.

Such a clean place! Lots of picnic tables, reserve-able spaces, tent camping, rv parking, group camping, fishing and swimming. There are Bathrooms, showers and a store. The store has a little of everything. Does not sell day fishing licenses though. Attendants are always picking up trash and taking care of bathrooms. Great place but it does fill up. Go early
