Bought a bike on eBay, and the seller used this shop to ship the bike out. Not only did multiple pieces break in shipment, but there was absolutely no protection for the frame or any other parts of the bike. No bubble wraps, no foam, just loose boxes inside a large box. It looked like it was thrown in with no care. It was coming from California to Ohio, so it would’ve been wise to wrap the frame at least. Several pieces are busted on a vintage Apple Krate bicycle - including the reflector, chain guard, and several huge paint gauges from the frame, seat and handlebars all being loose inside a big box. I’m hoping the seller can do something about this, but I would expect a lot more from a bike shop of all places. Really disappointing.

This was easily the best bike store I've been to. The guy who runs it is polite, and helped me pick a bike I'm incredibly happy with. Whenever issues come up with my bike, I'll be very comfortable heading here.

First of all I went to The bike shop rite at 4 p.m. and the owner said it must be my lucky day because he was about to close instead he fixed my tire I needed an inner tube and he said I might need a tire soon but not to spend that money right away I always love people that's trying to help you and not just come up off my experience was whatever he needs I may have with my grandson's he is the man that I'm going to five stars what else am I supposed say.
