About my visit to Firestone 350 W Florida Ave Paul customer service was very professional and he was helpful with all of my questions. I came in for them to fix my back tire. They did not fix it because I didn't want any of their extra services/recommendations. I just wanted my tired fixed is that too much ask for? It's very dangerous situation that my tire is losing air and they only want to get you to pay more for services they want to sell you.

I had a great experience at Firestone on a Sunday morning with low blood low pressure. Add a nail in the tire. All other tire stores were closed in the hammed. Area, but Firestone, they were overbooked backed up short-staffed. But they took care of me in a timely manner. They got me out of there in about an hour and a 1/2. And that was fantastic for that day.

WARNING PAUL (service advisor) doesn't do a complete check that you pay for.they didn't notice that a spindle nut was missing and he said it was OK to drive to LA.(NOT) PEP BOYS found it right away but now I'm paying $810- cause the bearings need replacement! Thanks Firestone!!!!
