I love this place is where I got my bird let me tell what happened I have been to this place 1 or 2 times and I got a white bird always and it always died because of my dogs but I said Letts on more and it lived for so much until my dog came in my room when I was not there and the dog got a broke the cage and the food and water but I didn’t know because I was working with my mom and so then my sister called that the dog ate the bird so I got and cried so hard and starting to hit my self and then a few hours went by at this point I was said but I hade to go to work with my mom but when I got home I started to hit my dog and I saw the trash everywhere so went I to go work with my my brother and said did you clean room and I said yes and send me to face time and the bird was hiding in the big plants we have in the house and then went to my room and was sleeping and I starting crying for how happy I am because I thought it was died because I cute his wigs but he is a strong brid here is a picture of him😭😭😭

I’ve been here a couple of times to buy some Parakeets on two different occasions. I’m not sure why some of these reviews say the employees are rude. All three of them greeted us and were helpful. The young girl was very helpful in helping pick out our birds. Both times we were there in the morning and they were cleaning out cages and feeding the animals. Floors were being mopped. Only reason why I gave 4 stars, it’s a bit crowded. Not much room to move around the Isles. Other than that, we liked it and we will continue to shop there.
Also, I wouldn’t want everyone coming in to hold/touch and photograph the birds if I were the owner. People will just come by to do it regularly and bring their kids like a petting zoo.
I don’t blame the owners for setting a price for it.

Sketchy .
I called over the phone asked for a bird was given a price so drove the 45 mins to get there . Then got there verified the price they said yeah that's the correct price. We said ok cool we want that bird and was told they would get it for us then all of a sudden the lady was on the phone and said the price was actually over a hundred bucks more. And then we were told they had after pay for the amount that they didn't quote us .

If you have any questions regarding your pets the lady will not help unless you are going to buy from them. Comparing prices on tank filters, turtle food, meditated lotions and much more....my local petco has much better prices and willing to help with your pet regardless if you shop there or don't. Save yourself the stop.

On top of selling us sick rats we haven’t been able to get ahold of anybody over the phone for some more information on the pet we picked up today. I’ve called at least 10 times between 12pm-5:30pm. I don’t have any hope that they will answer in the last 30min of the shift if they wouldnt answer during the middle of store hours.

Lousy pet shop all they do is sell a tortoise then sell this and that as long as they are making more and more money but when it comes to giving me the information of what all I need to do they never tell me the tortoise has to be put in water 2-3 times a week then saying the heat lamp on days then later in year you have to change something about when you do it but she never said what that means so 4 months and its already dead avoid this place! Called them up they could care less she wouldn't even listen to what I had to say. Then they said it was an animal I said its a reptile but she argued about that too. ITS A REPTILE NOT AN ANIMAL A PET SHOP SHOULD KNOW AT LEAST THAT MUCH. PLUS THEY ARE VERY EXPENSIVE!

I went and got a turtle for my daughter and she loves it!!!!! They had the best price and a wide variety of other pets. I’ve seen quite a bit of poor ratings on this place, but I’ve had a great experience and outcome. I will definitely return for future pets.

One of the best pet stores I ever been to I am a truck driver and I driven through 48 states and very lucky this is my pet store which is minutes from where I live here in the high desert area. The birds here are raised with love and wonderful care. This is where I met my best friend Rocco we instantly connected with each other. A lot of variety of different types of pets here I am more into birds and chickens and quails. They have everything you need. I want to thank the owners for all the help. They are always here to help you find you what you need. I have had birds for over 20 years and I was so tired of cleaning and all the mess they made. They showed me a trick of how to fix that lol ask them how at the store.
