First off, I've spent a lot of money here previously but won't anymore..

Purchased a dress shirt (that i was fitted for) for an important event, had it pressed, then when I tried it on (day of event, out of town) it was WAY too big.. After trying to replace the shirt with a proper sized one the employee/owner (whoever he was) was pretty salty, and told my wife and I that they do not make a slim fit in my size I just need to tuck the shirt in (not possible)... A quick Amazon search revealed that fact to be very false. I can have my size slim fit here tomorrow for WAY less money.. I'd not recommend this shop to anyone who values customer service and not being BS'ed about what sizes they make... Just because you don't carry it doesn't mean they don't make it (just be honest).. Will not spend another $ at this business...

I had been using Ray’s for a few years now starting with a tailored suit set for $400 that was on sale.

From there, it was fine and dandy until now.

I had one of my many clothing altered, but I thought the robe i had Ray tonmove the loops was charging me $20 for the job. I paid with the $100 bill for it.

However, when I was using my cash later, I was short $30. I was given $50 cash back.

When I went back to pick up my robe today, I had to comfirm the price. It was $20, just I thought I heard right the first time…

But Ray was like I must have spent it at the casino. He was like no…no I was given the $80.

Then he was trying to joke with me like he always do, but that was not funny at that point.

I told him that $30 is tip to him because he’s been a nice guy and been willing to mrnd or alter much of my clothing with the store.

I guess, I gotta check my change more carefully even if it’s from your “friend “ that you trusted for years.

So at the end, I told him to check the cameras…🤷‍♂️

My husband and I went there to find a shirt and he helped us find a shirt after he measured my husband's neck. We bought the shirt and then when my husband tried it on, the neck fit but it was too big around the waist. I went to take it back and the guy refused saying that my husband doesn't know his size and if he thinks it's too big he can just tuck it in. I explained numerous times it was WAY to big. He still refused a return or even an exchange. His customer service is awful and I will never return to that store.

This was our first time here purchasing a suit for my son’s senior prom. Ray was on it and was so amazing from sizing to tailoring to matching and bringing the whole look together. We will definitely be returning and recommend everyone check them out. Thank you Men’s Trenz!

Men’s Trendz has the best quality and service. They have a variety of colors, sizes and a lot of styles to choose from. Ask for the owner Ray, he will help you with all of your needs. Highly recommend to come for your events, parties, prom, homecoming, etc. They have everything you may need with the addition of alterations and tailoring when needed!

DO NOT GO HERE... I had to go back three times and still got it wrong and left the pants because i have an important even coming up and will not be wearing those pants the jacket was fine cuz they didn't need to touch it. Also the owner gets very defensive. You expect them to be the expert but i suppose you pay for what you get, do yourself a favor and pay a little extra and go to a nice place. I got into a shouting match with him in the store which is very unprofessional obviously he has no understanding of the word customer service or satisfaction as a business owner.
