Best experience ever!!! We finally had to break down and look for a new couch. We already had one picked out, but after a not so good experience with another big name retailer, I had to contact the manufacturer for other places to place our special order. We had the good fortune to be connected with Liz as our sales person. She is fantastic. From being knowledgable about products, to having a direct connection with the manufacturer, everything went very smoothly. After placing the order, Liz kept us informed with any updates and much sooner than expected we received our new couch and we absolutely love it. Visited the store and found a couch we liked. Jerry came over to inquire but was not pushy. We left and continued to shop at other places. The other sales agents were very pushy and would not stop hounding us. We returned due to Jerry being very professional and patient. He allowed us to shop. His prices were very reasonable. The products did not have any issues. Very satisfied. Highly recommend and we will return.
