Terrible run don't walk away from this place everything they delivered has chips in it. Lampshade is bent and they left tire marks in my driveway.
Call them and spoke with the manager. He said well you signed the paper, so tough luck. Please don't buy anything from this shyster company.

I had originally posted a very negative review. My biggest complaint was time (due to back order at MFG) and color. I love the quality and look of the dining set. I have an eat in kitchen in a small house so it has to flow.

I was not asked to change my review. The reason I changed it is because they actually went above and beyond to make it right; including a full refund when I didn't find anything I loved to replace my initial purchase with. He didn't try to convince me that it was the same color as the photo I ordered from. He agreed it was off alot from the picture. Policy is store credit. Its right on the paperwork so I didn't expect that.

He pulled every catalog they had and after a few flips through them, as he patiently waited, I found one that I think will do nicely with a steel top. It was about 48% more originally but I was given a deal that I felt was extremely fair that I could live with.

He asked for a chance to make it right and in the end what more can you ask for? The difference between a good company and a bad company isn't that they don't have issues; it is the good company that takes care of their issues.

This small company handled my compliant promptly and with grace and dignity- I was not a happy camper but now I will definitely go back and get this cool reasonably priced comfortable bed that does tricks lol. I believe in supporting small local businesses. I forget they are often overworked. I will be back and would NEVER hesitate to recommend them to anyone. PS I am a handful...........

I will update my review with pictures when I get the set. It shows its in stock and I should have it on -12-5-18.

Customer service sucks. So bought a mattress. It was to big for our frame asked if we could exchange it for something that would fit. Guys asked me when I bought it I told him not even a month yet. He me told yeah we don't do refunds or exchanges. I asked him then why would you ask me that sort of question. He said he wanted to know long ago we bought it. I the receipt says no refund but does not mentioned nothing about exchanges. Am coming back with the receipt.

Bought a King mattress, 3 piece sectional sofa and a dining room table with 6 chairs for a little over 4,200. They scheduled delivery with us a week after purchase on a Tuesday. Asked us if morning was good, it was. we call them day of delivery after we moved all of our furniture out of our house for them to tell us that it wasn’t gonna happen that day. After telling them I had requested work off for the delivery that day they ended up bringing us our delivery. however, I’m pretty sure they gave us the display couch because the cushions are bad in the center like they were in the display when I showed us in the store. And that was the whole reason they were delaying the delivery. Long story short you’re gonna pay full price for used stuff. Also the table they sold us it’s already breaking on one end. It hasn’t even been a month.

This place is a rip-off! I have had nothing but problems and the manager has no desire to fix any of them. In fact, I am not even able to speak to him! After purchasing a couch and recliner for $1200 the couch broke after 3 uses. After a few weeks and poorly planned appointments, the couch was replaced, although the delivery guys were nice enough to stain my carpet with oil on their shoes...And Then ...the same side had issues and the company had the audacity to to tell me, without looking at it, that it was too close to the wall and not broken. As far as I am concerned, the company is a joke, its sad because it was highly recommended . Hannah tries but her boss isn't interested in the customer. They will be reported to the BBB and I hope no on else is slighted by their disregard to sell a quality product.

Adding on because its been about a month since the owner came to my house, determined the couch wasn't "broken" but didn't work properly. Said he would get back to me with options and feedback from the manufacturer and never did.

Needless to say, I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau and hope no one else ever wastes their money on this cheap furniture. They do not care once your transaction is complete.

UPDATE: Months after the complaint with BBB, the owner reached out to help fix this issue. Although he wasn't able to offer a couch that worked or a full refund, he did offer a partial refund which is appreciated. Not the solution I would prefer because I still have a malfunctioning couch but I appreciated his follow up.

I’ve bought furniture here for years. Many different pieces and overall happy with my experiences aside from a few incidents with broken pieces that they usually fix. Until my last purchase in which I tried to cancel an order less than 30 minutes later when I realized it won’t fit in my room. The man said he would try and cancel and since it had been 30 minutes I figured it would work since nothing was being sent yet. Apparently he didn’t even try after I’ve spent thousands of dollars there in the past and am a loyal customer. So now I get to be the proud owner of a bed frame that I can’t even use. They also wouldn’t even let me trade it for another piece of the same price. Thank you so much for your customer support 🙂
