I had a flat tire at work a little over a month ago. A friend at work suggested I try Tire and Wheel Mart in Hayward. Very, very satisfied with them. Great service! Affordable, and fairly priced. They were quick. My friend called ahead, and I didn't have to wait that long. I won't lie, the parking there is very tight, but it's worth it. I wound up going there again to replace another tire a week later. Again, great service, and fairly priced. I give them my highest recommendation.

Friendly, Honest and Excellent customer service. Just try to get to this place early. They're always busy taking care of customers. Can't beat the free wheel alignment. Come talk to Alex and he will be happy to help you out.

Tire and Wheel Mart is the # 1 Tire shop in the Bay Area, WHY? Because these guys take pride in their work making sure that you as a customer are very satisfied with what you pay and making sure that our SAFETY is there in particular when you purchase new tires with them.

Alex who's the owner always makes sure things run smooth with every car or truck that comes in his shop for new tires, brakes, alignment, you name it.
AND one of the most important is that NO ONE I mean NO ONE will beat their prices. It's a guarantee. I compared his prices with other shops and he was will under and ever since I came here for the first time two years ago, this has been my one-time stop tire shop because I know they will take care of everything. In a few words, I will be wasting my time or money on other shops.

I highly recommend Tire and Wheel Mart, they are the total package tire shop. They will provide you with every single thing that a picky customer wants.

When it comes to selling tires and wheels I find it good. They have a decent kind of choices.
BUT THE AFTER SALE IS WAY DIFFERENT AND DIFFICULT. I bought 4 TIRES AND WHEELS and that includes alignment and balance (good deal)
BUT! they asked me to come back in 2 days for alignment because it was already 6pm although they still have 30mins to do it because they closed at 6:30pm. So i went back after 2 days and waited 2 HOURS in their slow time just to tell me that I HAVE TO COME BACK AGAIN because they’re packed busy and their guy is not coming to work. So i just wasted my one day work for NOTHING.

Purchased through SimpleTire! I recommend calling ahead to make sure your tires are ready for install, they had some trouble locating mine.

Unfortunately, bolts were not torqued to spec. My trusted mechanic informed me of this as it caused my vehicle to have a stripped lug nut and wheel stud from over torquing.

Customer service was excellent here, prices were definitely cheaper than Costco, but be warned and make sure they use a torque wrench, not a torque gun.

Best place in the Bay Area, I have called around from San Jose to Sacramento. No one had what I needed, they didn't want to Break up their set. Tire and wheel mart had what I needed , ordered it and it was ready for pick up the next day. Talk about service, A-1 service in my book.Thank you!
