The cashier that helped me was super nice and super helpful. Everything in the shop was organized and looked great. Even the clearance section which in different clothing stores can be a mess, was organized perfectly by size. Entire experience was as positive as the one I had in the Sparks, Nevada location.

The store lives up to its name. I came in and it was like the heat of 1000 suns slapped me in the face. You can smell that the store hasnt been cleaned in awhile or maybe it was just the two employees walking around barefoot. Staff was really nice but distant and held nervous energy. When I would ask a question, they responded in whispers and shivers. Only after a few short moments i went to check out and the store was empty. No shelves, no people. I screamed for help but it only echoed back my words. I wont be back to this location.

I'm a plus-size woman so anytime I go into a store I do have a tendency to just walk into torrid even if I'm not going to purchase anything. For one thing. If a store has a tour it tells me that they probably have at least one other store that has clothing that fits me, and if they don't I can quickly just leave the Mall because that means nothing else will fit me. I don't normally walk into torrid very long because I think their prices are absolutely horrid and most of the time. The clothing is somewhat dated in my opinion, but it is still nice to walk in and see if they're having any kind of discount on jeans because who doesn't need a pair of jeans. And with his being one of the last plus size clothing stores that are available IRL and not just online, you might as well walk in just to check it out.

Shopped here about 6 months ago and the salesperson was very knowledgeable on products available. I was able to get a bra that finally felt comfortable and the right size. I appreciate the friendliness and the accommodating staff towards my unique bra needs as a transwoman. I was measured and tried multiple bras before purchase.

Torrid has amazing quality clothing and killer deals. The staff is always friendly and extremely helpful.

I've yet to go to a Torrid that doesn't meet with other store standards. It's definitely worth the visit if you want quality plus size clothing.
