I was checking the semi annual sale, I suggest they change the name to semi annual- semi sale.
VS usually has promotions of 5 panties for $20 or $30, depending on the models.
In this location with the “sale” they had a 3 for $19.99… the place is as dark as a club and the employees follow shoppers and openly alert others with their radios to track people around, super uncomfortable.
Days before I had visited the store in Emeryville and they did have 5 for $20 deals, but here, in a more Black and Brown zipcode the Pink collection was 4 for $20. I left after waiting 20 min to pay and still not being helped, because they only had one cashier.

Don’t pay your credit card in CASH or ask for your receipt I paid my full balance and it never reflected my payment!

I spent 30 minutes in line waiting to pay. Purchased three brews, that I am unable to wear because the woman who scanned my items didn’t take the locks off. Having to double back to Hayward just for this is messed up. I called to let them know and no one care about my time. Left me on hold on the phone for me to hang up. I will not ever shop here again. Lines too long just to have to come back. First worst experience.

I was greeted at the door and immediately felt welcomed. I mentioned to the employee that I wanted to get measured, I not only received that, but I also received amazing customer service! This was given by LauraLynn, Laura the Pink store Manager & Serena! They were all super helpful especially the manager from Pink! They always checked up on me when I was in the fitting room and asked me questions to have a better understanding of what I’m looking for. After a bunch of try ons and different sizing and many questions I had, we were able to figure out what work best for me! I really appreciate the time that these employees gave me, and I did spend about 2-3 hours in the store trying to figure out what else I wanted. I appreciate that they were able to take their time with me and help me out. Without the help of Laura, LauraLynn and Serena, I wouldn’t have walked away with the correct size. Thank you again ladies and I will be stopping by soon again!

The store had been redecorated and its is absolutely beautiful! I experienced the best customer service, not to mention the awesome sales that were brought to my attention. I purchased body spray that was buy 1 get one free! $25 for two bottles, that's what I'm talking about! Merry Christmas

Employees, the ones walking around the store are so rude. They have long lines at cash registers yet they don't think they can help handicap customer at the single register . 2 of them were standing n chatting when I asked if they can help me with my payment. They pointed at the long line n said that's the line stand there n they will help u. Talked to me like I couldn't understand them. Seriously why isn't there a line for handicap customer specially now during holiday season. To the women who talk to me like that, show some respect to the customers, we r the reason u have a job n u r the reason people like us shop online. I won't be surprised if this location goes out of business coz of employees like u.
