Went in close to closing and the guy there was able to help us in 30 minutes what 4 big company brands couldnt do in 4hrs. I was worried driving 50 miles to the location and saw it was a small shop from the outside but I am glad we decided to go inside. The customer service is beyond what we expected. Very attentive and expertise help. Very professoional and quality products. Pricing VERY reasonable and would definitely recommend to others. One stop shop!

As advertised! This place has all the great suits, sweaters and shoes shown on the website AND THEN SOME. I was so impressed by the selection, the customer experience and the merchandise. It’s a very small location and located an hour from south San Jose where I live but it was worth the drive. You can shop online here but I’m a tactile person. I was only going to buy a suit coat but ended up buying my first 3 piece suit and some shoes and a belt and a beautiful sweater because the prices were so reasonable!

I bought two suits, shoes and a belt. Initially, the service was great. When I went back to pick up, my suits, tried to slack on which was altered by the insistence of the manager. They looked OK. But when I wore them to an event, they were uncomfortable when I sat down I went back to the store, to discuss this matter with them, I was told there was nothing that he could do about it, and I would have to buy two new pair of slacks for the price of $240. The assistant manager on duty told me that there was absolutely nothing he could do about it, and this was store policy. I assumed the person doing the measurements alterations was a professional, and they knew what they were doing. Because of this, I cannot recommend Men’s Wearhouse at the San Jose Blossom Hill location to anyone, that is why they got a one star rating, I will never go back to the Men’s Wearhouse, EVER!
