The customer service is great. They’re real people with integrity, but…
Our contractor installed the kitchen tile and it looked nothing like the sample. Lots of lines were blurred too. We contacted vadara and they quickly got us in touch with someone at the showroom who verified that it was the correct tile. They offered to replace it free of charge, which I greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, it meant double the amount of work for our contractor and removing the installed one meant possible damage to the new kitchen cabinets. We had to accept it as is. I’m deeply disappointed in the quality control with the company. Our contractor can only look out for damaged materials. He’s not responsible for checking for faulty design. The veins on the quartz are so blurry. I’m surprised they sent this to our contractor. If they had someone check each slab before sending it out, then maybe we could’ve avoided this. Sometimes I feel like I’m staring at a 90’s 3d hidden object poster when looking at our countertops. Replacements aren’t feasible as they delay projects and cause extra work for contractors which is unfair to them. It’s the company’s responsibility to deliver product as advertised. We ordered Naurelle Gray. Online it was described as thunder cracks. It looks nothing like that nor the picture online. It looked so much more sophisticated online. In reality, it looks like blue watercolor. The sample was as if someone from a NASA satellite took a picture of the sample and the actual thing looks like someone zoomed in so much that they blurred the pixels. They should specify that each slab will be printed differently regardless of the deisgn you choose. I recommend going to the actual showroom. They sent us a picture of a full slab from their showroom which more closely resembled what was installed. I posted pictures of the actual slab versus the sample.
