Affordable, clean, & well protected. The facility staff is considerate & very helpful. What I like most is their attention to detail, saving paper by emailing receipts, the courtesy calls are 10 in advance before charging a late fee & the security - it's like cameras are everywhere lol 😆.

I have storage my stuff in this place for like 2 years is clean and seems to be safe the only thing I don't like is that the elevator that is close to my unit doesn't work sometimes but they repaired them most of the time the same day ,also I look other storages around the area and this one is the most affordable

I worked with a representative Aron. He was so knowledgeable super quick and such a sweet soul. My storage space was the perfect size and the grounds of the storage are great not like a run down storage place. Definitely recommended!

I was searching around for a storage unit this past weekend and came across Storewell in Hayward. I initially wasn’t planning on renting a unit that day as I typically like to compare a couple options, but after meeting and working with Aron and Devin, I knew I didn’t need to look around any further and rented one that same day.

The facility itself is very clean and well-lit. There’s carts around to help you move your items right by the elevator.

All of these are pluses, but the customer service my family and I received was absolutely amazing and ultimately why I decided to rent with Storewell. Aron and Devin were patient and kind during my visit and answered all my questions. Paperwork was quick and easy. They were thorough when showing me different unit sizes, how to work my lock, and Aron even made sure to have me test my gate code to make sure it worked.

If anyone was looking to rent a storage unit, I would absolutely recommend renting one here because of Aron and Devin!

This is easily the best storage facility I've used or looked into. I looked at no less than 6 facilities in the area and hands down - this is the best. The staff is great, particularly Devin, who knows her stuff and provides great customer service. Easy access for our mover was important, as well as having a clean and secure facility. They even pipe in music to the storage area, making visits that much more pleasurable. I highly recommend Storewell Self Storage!!
