I came in on a spare after hitting a rock slide in a rain storm ~20 miles west with my rental car. Just wanted to determine how safe I was, and how far I could go on the spare. They diagnosed a cracked rim and gave me great advice on how to exchange the car with the rental company in Redding. I offered to pay for their help but they declined it. Great service when I really needed it. Wish I could clone this place.

We are traveling from Canada and our truck wouldn't start in Weaverville. We had to have our truck and trailer towed and needed to find a spot where we could keep our rig together. My husband called Trinity Tire Factory at 8:30 in the morning to see if someone could look at it. We asked if there was space to bring our fifth wheel over and the person with whom he spoke said that it wouldn't be a problem, so we had everything towed to this shop.
Once we got there (when the tow trucks finally showed up at 2:30p.m. after being called at 8:35 a.m.) , the owner came out and began being obnoxious about our stuff in his space. He was exceedingly rude to my husband asking what "his game plan was because it was 2:30 on a Friday afternoon." My husband tried to explain that he had no expectation of the truck being fixed over the weekend and that we had no intention of staying in the trailer while the truck was being fixed. This jack@$$ didn't listen to a word and was too busy puffing up his little chest to hear a thing.

In a difficult situation, this guy (and an owner at that) decided to add burden and unkindness onto an already stressful day. I do not reccomend this place to anyone who does not wish to line the pocket of this abhorrent disgrace of a "human being ".

Honest fast and efficient super friendly and professional. The price they quote is the price you pay. They go the extra mile for their customers. You can't ask for better service. I just bought new tires, got an oil change and regular maintenance and they had me out of there in 2 hours. When you buy your tires there the repairs are free. When it comes to finances they will help you and work with you. I can't see enough about these guys. They're the best.

Thank God for good people! We were broke down on the side of the road right outside of Weaverville, we called and they were more than helpful! They drove out to meet us, helped us limp it back to their shop, and fixed us up and got us back on the road! They were so informing and friendly, and I am SO grateful for them and all of their help! There are still good people in this world!! Highly recommend!!!
