I always drive far to get to this beauty supply store. They are friendly, have the best selection of items in LA, and give away free gifts when you buy items here. I wouldn't go anywhere else for beauty products. I highly recommend. 10/10.
Parking is available as well which makes this place a must.

I see alot if 1 star reviews about this place, and I would admit & agree to feeling watched while shopping in the store. But I have also shopped here for about 3 years and can say that these folks are very welcoming, polite & helpful. If you look lost roaming around the store, they will come up to you and ask if you need assistance with anything. They have alot of items and see alot of different people, so I too would keep watch of my inventory if it was my business.
ALSO, you can sign up for their rewards program and rack up points to get discounts on your purchases. Like, what other beauty supply do you know who allows discounts?! Don’t be afraid to shop here if you haven’t yet. You might love it after all.

Please take your money somewhere else. Manager will follow you down the isles if you’re a person of color. I found the experience extremely uncomfortable and will not be coming back again I recommend for anyone that is reading this review to not come to the store. It is not safe for people of color. I would recommend to anyone that is reading this to find a black owned beauty store, and not a Korean one.

I shopped here a few times when it was a bit newer and I thought it was okay and all. Well I went back today after not being there for like a year and he immediately tells me I can't shop there? Starts showing me telling me to go to another beauty store and when I asked why or what I did all he said was "I have photo of you" I even offered that if he didn't trust me he could hold my bag while I grabbed and played for the two things I needed and he kept shooing me out without a proper explanation. I've never done anything to harm this business or did anything wrong. I absolutely don't recommend this place for people and recommend you go to OK Beauty on Hawthorne and El Segundo, much nicer owner and workers and treated me like a decent human being.

Should have read the reviews before I drove all the way out here. DO NOT SHOP HERE. They followed me around the wig area and stared at me as I was contemplating whether or not I wanted to spend money on a wig I found somewhere else with BETTER customer service and way more accommodating. I will NEVER come back here and if you value self respect, you shouldn’t either.

Not only is the owner racist, but he’ll harass you the ENTIRE TIME while you’re trying to shop. You can’t even be on the phone without being accused of recording. Trust me your money is better off somewhere else especially if you’re of color!
