THEY SAID 30% OFF BUT THE MATH IS WRONG, PRICE OF HAIR IS 103.99 AND WHEN RUNG UP IT TURNS OUT TO 82.99 WHICH IS NOT 30% OFF SO WHO KNOWS WHAT OTHER PEOPLE THEY ARE CHEATING

And when I try to correct the cashier about it he stands there acting like he can’t pull out. A calculator and figure it out himself, SMH

Two stars because the MANAGER FIXED the issue BUT the attitude of the male cashier, HORRIBLE

They are good and prices are reasonable. They don't allow any try on if you happen to see a wig that you like. I don't wear wigs but for those who do that can be an inconvenience.

I spend 60 to 150 depending a week.. I bought 5 different ponytails bought the wrong one and I asked to exchange it I never wore it she told me no, you didn't look at your reciept I told her I never intended on bringing items back so no I didn't but I thought I could at least exchange she said nope you can't I asked you know I'm in here all the time spending big money, and you willing to sacrifice what i spend as a customer over 14.99.. that you can resale she didn't give a dang on, that let's me know those people don't care what you spend they are not at all appreciative that you spend with them I would never go back there again all over 14.99 is like so what spend your money and shut up we doing you a favor my God never again

Great, friendly service. Clean, organized, hand sanitizer at the entrance. Bought 2 really nice wigs, 2 of their chains and 3 rings, all for $100. Jewelry is not real of course, but perfect for what I needed it for (filming). Saw others complain about being followed around in the store which I did not experience. I will return.
