With my 3 kids, we have always ordered them Albertson's cakes and we love them. Well lately the quality is disappointing. I ordered a half sheet unicorn cake that was supposed to look like the one on their site with bright colors (I attached a screenshot). It was also a white cake. My husband went to pick up the cake and returned home with an 8 inch round chocolate cake with an ugly mane. Luckily my pick up day was a day before my child's birthday and we were able to order generic cupcakes from Sam's Club. It was disappointing and an expensive waste of a cake. I don't know how anyone thought it was okay to sell this cake and even say it looks comparable to the picture. We did use the cake to sing happy birthday but we didn't eat it. 32 dollars later and I'm highly upset.

Usually I love Albertsons , but I had a rude cashier, Jocelyn Most of the staff and store are absolutely wonderful. When I checked out with soda, Jocelyn told me not to put the soda on the counter. I asked her if she needed one of each UPC. For some reason she arched her brows, snapped no, said they were all the same price so it didn't matter. Okay , no worries. After she bagged the groceries, she didn't help put them in the cart and turned away and started helping the next person. No smiles, nothing . Mind you the counter was filled with $150 worth of heavy groceries. No worries, guess I will rush to help myself put everything into the cart and get out of the way. She didn't greet me, or wish me a nice day. I work retail also, and I found this interaction sad and below the standard Albertsons normally provides. There are plenty of other supermarkets, maybe I will go elsewhere next time. Usually I come here because the service is amazing

I’ve always had a pleasant experience with this location. From the produce to meat department to the bakery and deli and finally to the front register. Never have I had a problem. Everyone is pleasant and kind. Produce is so fresh and I absolutely appreciate how clean it is as well. I’ve been very stressed with my son’s upcoming birthday being literally in the next few days. I have delayed in ordering my son’s cake because I’ve had so much to prepare for. I was nervous but I made the call to get guidance in ordering through the website. I was able to quickly get through to the bakery department and spoke to a wonderful young lady by the name of Destiny. Instead of rerouting me to the site to place my order she stayed on the phone with me while I briefly looked at the site and literally took my custom order by phone. I addressed my concerns and she was just amazing! The call did not take more than 10 mins and now I can focus on other things to make my little guys birthday special 🤍 Thank you so much Destiny!!!!!!🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍

I have been craving a German Chocolate Cake for a while now and Albertsons is the only place that I found that sells them. I was in luck and bought the last one! It was so delicious and decadent! Their bakery department had many dessert choices to choose from. The staff were very kind, friendly and helpful.

Very clean, and most employees are friendly and helpful. Some of the younger ones could use a bit more customer service training, but that’s pretty typical everywhere you go nowadays 😅. I know I know, OK boomer 😂

However on a Friday night when I need a money order and they have three staff working the cashiers and they say they don't have any stuff to provide money orders
They really do have staff to provide money orders they could use one of the cashiers...
It's a beautiful store. The staff is courteous
The story is clean and I love it here. I have consistently received good service here. The story is beautiful and they have great selection. Just say no to the Albertsons-Kroger merger!! Just say "no" to corporate monopoly

Went in there today(7/31) to grab a money order at 7:20pm. Some tall male cashier told me he'd be right me. 10 min passed, and I turned back when I realized he only had 1 customer, and he was gone doing other stuff. @ 7:40, I left, and the dude was taking groceries outside for curbside. I think someone needs to tell him that he's supposed to help the customers inside the store first. They're priority. I think maybe because I was wearing my staters uniform, he felt a type of way. Very strange vibe and experience I got from him. especially when I asked if the money order department was still open, and he said, "Yes? They usually close at 8." 🤔❓️ now my rent is gonna be late. Thanks tall guy.

I did a purchase and I got the wrong items and, I went to return the items, but I still haven’t got the money back. I came here 2 times to ask them about it and, they just tell me that they will call me, but they never did. They never returned the 70 dollars and 80 cents.
