Erik was extremely friendly and straight to point. He was able to help finance my new bedroom set. I would highly recommend this place for all your home needs. Review of Five Star Furniture Store:

I had a disappointing experience at Five Star Furniture Store and would caution others to stay away. The store's prices are high, with no option for returns or exchanges on purchased items. When attempting to exchange a recently purchased furniture set for a smaller one, I encountered a particularly unpleasant manager who was rude and loud in our interaction.

Despite having paid $2300 for the initial furniture set, the manager insisted on only offering a $200 credit towards a new purchase. This left me feeling taken advantage of and frustrated by what seemed like a scam. Overall, the lack of flexibility, poor customer service, and questionable business practices make me hesitant to recommend Five Star Furniture Store to others.

Just wanted to take the time and thank Moe for his great customer service. Went in today just to look around and see my options. He was very kind , friendly and helpful. I ended up purchasing a sectional reclining sofa that was really nice and gave me a great deal on it . Looking forward to receive it soon. Purchased a beautiful bedroom set here twice now. Both times have been great experiences with the store. The prices are so good as well! The quality of the beds have lasted so far too. You can’t go wrong buying a bedroom set here from their catalog as well. The thing I love most about this store is that the owner is honest about your questions/concerns. Will be back here to shop for a dinning table too !
