The Bear Spring Hotel was a pleasant surprise. Our room was well-appointed, clean, and in very good repair. The lounge staff was welcoming, and knew how to make a proper martini. The location isn't idea in relation to the casino, but the shuttle service is 24-7 and a Lyft ride is reasonable if you can't wait for the top or bottom of the hour. Certainly will return!

I loved my stay at Bear Springs Hotel. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. Rooms were soo clean and roomy. At first, I was worried about not being next to the casino. But with the shuttle running 24 hours, it easy to get to our room! It was definitely a plus. We didn't have to look for parking (which I loved! ) I'll definitely be going back! I couldn't ask for more!

Not exactly what I would have expected for the price. I could hear the people in the room next to me (they were not being loud, just watching TV, even some muffled chatting). Standard room, it was clean, but TV didn't even have a guide to figure out what was on. There were no other options, such as logging into your own streaming services. Staff checking in weren't rude but not really friendly, either. The people at the bar seemed to be enjoying themselves, and it was decorated nicely for Christmas. Overall, it's just underwhelming.

The “manager” Sam has got to be the rudest person in customer service I have ever come across. It was as if she enjoyed saying no. Thanks for the smug grin in letting me know I couldn’t get back into my room because it was in my wife’s name . We’re married..and I forgot my key. How is that amusing to you?

This room was worth exactly what we paid for it - it was comped. 1st, on approaching our room there was some kind of clean up or construction at the end of the hall with a foul odor (mildew?). We entered the room after dark so we immediately went to close the drapes - they don't close! The drapes are side panels only and there are only sheers so street lights shine thru all night, plus with room lights on it didn't feel very private. The room furnishings were very tired and beat up, but OK, that's just cosmetic.

The bathroom on the other hand was updated and clean. Too bad it had no fan for steam or for waste odor! To make it worse the bathroom door is a sliding barn door style, so there are gaps around the edges. You better hope your, and your roommate's, stuff don't stink. Unfortunately, ours does. Bad design!
Then there's the beds. So mushy that I felt like I was going to roll off the edge. I kept trying to slide more to the middle but the hotel sheets made sliding very difficult. The pillows were also so lumpy that my travel partner said it hurt her face. Miserably uncomfortable.

At bedtime (Tues nite) there was something going on next to the hotel. I couldn't see a racetrack on the map but either a track or street racing was happening because for over an hour cars or motorcycles were revving their engines. Loud and obnoxious and no one did anything about it so usual occurrence?

If you discount the outside noise I still can't believe anyone would be happy to pay over $300 for these rooms. We don't want to return even for comped rooms, even after winning at Yaamava.

Outstanding young lady welcomed us. Friendly and professional check in. The shuttle to and from Yamaha was great. Bear Springs rooms are nice, clean, and a place to stay when visiting this area.

I’m leaving negative feedback because although this hotel is decent they never and I mean never have any available dates for comp rooms but yet I get mailers every month and when I call to book not 1 date is available, seems like a fake/scam offer. Yaamava and Bear Springs need to do better.

My wife was not let back in the room … bc they didn’t think we were married bc we are females? She literally was left out in the middle of the night bc she forgot her jet and I was asleep. The “manager” Sam, thought it was funny What the actual….. you can’t treat people that way. They NEVER KET HER BACK IN. She had to get another room bc I was asleep… are we in a third world country My wife was left out in the middle of the night! She had ALLLLL of my info they could have asked RIDICULOUS
