The owner literally charged me 30$ for 3 items that totaled out to 9. Then when I called him out it he proceeded to slide me a 10 dollar bill and tried sending me on my way. I proceeded to tell him no that’s not the case and only then did he try giving me the difference. He even hid the receipt from me. Never coming back here again. Fraudulent behavior and incredibly shady.

We've been loyal and longtime customers here. We live close by and call it our little bodega. The reviews on here are not a good reflection of the workers. They are kind and any time ive seen people take the time to speak with them they have been very respectful.

By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The worker was extremely rude towards me because I was trying to find cash in my purse and I realized I did not have any while I was already at check out. I proceeded to try my card and asked him if I could still use it given the sign said “$5 minmun on card” verbatim. I was anxious and didn’t know what else to do. He proceeds to say, “You can read the sign, right?” in an extremely condescending tone. Never in my life has someone working in customer service been so rude to me. This interaction made me cry when I got home. I will never be going here again. This was absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, and the misogyny wafts in the air there. Please go to another place to save yourself the trauma.

I have visited this place three times, which is three times too many. The owner/only employee I've ever seen is rude, dismissive, and ungrateful for any customers. He seems to be good pals with the homeless that hang outside the store front, though.

Did not accept my EBT card when it is required. None of the dozens of signs around the register said they did not accept EBT. The worker was dismissive
