We purchased a white linen shirt for a wedding and tried it on but didn’t like the feel of the material, cheaply made also had hard “cardboard” feel in the area where there was a design (blue circle) so we decided to return it. I contacted the company and they responded right away but told me that they may deduct $ for over 30 days - I explained to them that we placed the order and that they emailed me to let me know they did not have the shirt In stock that it would take 2-3 weeks to ship out. I reminded them that we were still within the 30 days to return.

I waited over 3 weeks and checked my account for the refund. I contacted Elizabeth via email who was the responder to my original email and she never acknowledged my request for an update but the same day I received 3 separate emails with a refund of 79.20- we paid $107.00 for the shirt, I do not mind paying for the shipping but I asked them to clarify why we received less than what we paid.
Today I received another email with a small refund which I have no clue what it’s for.

Overall the experience with customer service was not friendly and very confusing. We would not recommend this company due to poor communication skills.
