This rating is strictly on the phone call that I made with the store. I called in and it was difficult to understand what the lady was saying. I'm assuming English is her second language which is okay but it was still hard to understand what she was saying and there was a communication barrier. Also there was some communication problems with the phone as she said she didn't hear me but I heard her and there was a lot of background noise. I'll probably go into the store to speak with him directly since communicating over the phone isn't very effective.

I rented a tux for my son's prom. On the day of the prom the last thing my son did was to put the tux jacket on. The sleeves were 4-5 inches too short! The pin was still inside one sleeve indicating the length for alteration from the initial fitting, but the work was never done. I had to rip out the seems, restitch to proper length and then press both sleeves. My son was late to his prom.
I was given apology and $20 refund. I'm not sure that covers the consequences of the poor service. I will never use this business again. Lesson learned!
