This mall is dying and is a sad atmosphere to walk around in. It's sketchy, too. I like that all the stores I like are close together, but walking past empty stores that used to be packed with people is so depressing. Nobody will lease their stores here unless it's a fast fashion place that will be gone the next week. Every time I come, another store is gone. I remember when I used to come as a kid and the mall would be full of joy and people, it's so deserted now. Everybody looks depressed. Only a select few places are still here from years ago. They never should have gotten rid of the Carousel to replace with fake grass... That area (fake grass and hard to sit on "chairs") is always filled with sketchy people now, too. Same with the chairs by that R&M store. Looks like a bunch of homeless people and junkies. Once, I saw a guy with like 5 huge bottles of soda and a whole gaming set up at one of the tables 😖 That's what happens when places take out things that gave whimsy and joy, they turn into sketchy hang out spots.

What can I say about this mall that would be bad? Nothing! Parkway Plaza was an experience for me like none other. I had tried five guys for the first time there, sure it was pricey, but nonetheless this place was amazing! If you are willing to drop a mild amount of money, this is the place to go, they have an h&m there so you know I had to treat myself with a leather jacket. 10/10 Would recommend!

I'm from the 80s when all the cool kids used to hang out. Remember Jack in the Box how there was always a million of us teenagers taking up the whole restaurant? How about Leeds shoes or Millers Outpost? May Company? Wow things have changed.. now they have lots of family friendly stuff throughout the whole mall! If you're a mom with small children you will love it now. Hi friends from high school!!!!!

Met some KIND souls while browsing Mystic Gardens in front of movies and was able to get my silver Malachite ring fixed within minutes! The silversmith is there and has the skills of a Magician which helps keep the price reasonable since he doesn’t have to outsource. Very personal staff and the store felt light and inviting. They also will be building pendants from stones you can pick out from as well as bring in repairs such as gold, silver and other metals. Hope they prosper and be abundant. Go check em out and forever grateful! The ring was so shiny and new (after being chewed by a puppy) that I felt uplifted with delight and like a princess ;)!! Have fun!!!

It used to be so wonderful. This, like many other malls are dying. No one can compete with online prices. I miss the old merry-go-round.

This mall has had lots of upgrades. Many different stores has come on gone over the years it’s still a really great mall to come to with family especially your little ones for the indoor playground and the many different places to eat at the food court. Honesty I really miss the 90’s and early 2000’s it just seems now a days with online shopping taking over I’m afraid in the next 10 years the mall that we are so use to will no longer exist this may turn into more of a family center where you just come to play and eat. It’s really sad to see businesses have to adapt with time if they wanna stay in business everything online brink n motor going away think about it we bank, school, work shop all online.
