I bought the Ruthanne 89” double vanity from Silk Road exclusives. Horrible products with abysmal customer service. I purchased a vanity for thousands of dollars, installed it, and within two months, the doors were warping. I don’t tolerate heat well, so my house is at a cool 76° F or below and we have a 10’ ceiling and ventilation fan in the bathroom the vanity was installed in. The customer service blamed the warping on me and said there’s nothing they can do about it. Clearly, they are horrible, manufactured-wood products that were not sealed properly, yet they said, “The defect dept got back to me and stated that this is not a known defect nor do we have reports of this issue. They concluded that it was probably stored improperly causing the moist to steep into the wood area or poor ventilation”. In other words, don’t purchase a vanity from them if you plan on using running water in the sinks or taking showers in the bathroom, because it will warp, and the company will pass the blame onto you instead of resolving their faulty products.

Purchased a Silkroad sink vanity online a few years ago. It was packed very well for a safe delivery. The vanity is still very nice and strudy; way better built than what I saw at my local Home Depot/Lowes. Just needed to seal the countertop and it has been great for our daily use. Will buy again for my next bathroom remodeling.
