Awesome sauce and rub!
Family loves it,-- my father in law loves it and he always buys sauces and cooks on his big green egg. He says it's one if the best ones he has had.
Rob is a very nice guy who took time to explain how he makes his award winning ribs.

We've been buying these sauces and rubs 6 years. You need to get them in Reno! Or just come back once in a while. There's a craft fair in Graeagle in the summer, other food stuff there, come up! We love your products, all of them!

While I'm sure the food is great, customer service at public events is extremely lacking. No excuse to flip off the handle with customers over a misunderstanding to the point that your wife has to hold you back/ calm you down. While owning a company technically gives you the right to act anyway you want, it doesn't mean you should act like a child throwing a tantrum and attempt to intimidate others. Disappointing to say the least.

Customer service needs to improve. One look at their personal Facebook page that had the confederate flag and the fact that my friends are a mixed race couple left no doubt as to what Robs bad attitude was about and why he assumed they attempted to scam them out of less than $10 worth of food tickets. Your lack of self control might call for some therapy/anger management.
