*INCIDENT TIME: Betwewn 4:30-5:00pm*
The bathroom has been out of order for a very long time due to maintenance. I just got done servicing my tire and my hands are dirty, so I kindly asked if someone at the register had some hand sanitizer. I spoke with a white.lady and a black lady (names unknown). and they told me they didn't and tried to get me to buy some. I don't need a whole bottle. I just need to disinfect my hands due to germs and COVID-19 safety. I personally think they were lying because the lady I spoke with didn't look me in the eye when she said they didn't have any and just didn't want to let me have any due to possible racism since I'm half Asian. If I am wrong, then they need to keep some handy due to COVID-19. Regardless, it is unacceptable either way. One star for horrible service

I didn't appreciate having to go back and forth to the cashier when the pump was set up to accept credit cards. So I had to guess how much it would cost to top off my tank. She said just overestimate and the remainder will go back into the card. When I came back to do that, she gave me cash instead of putting it back in the card. I didn't want the cash and when I asked her about it, she pretty much said, "Oh well."

Quite possibly the worst gas station in the entire department of defense. Thank God Marathon took over so they could really drive this one into the ground. At least 50% of the pumps did not function and the ones that do blast ridiculous advertisements at full volume while their credit card machines decide not to work. Luckily there's another broken gas station on the other side of post, I'll go check that one out next.

All pumps were down for a long time. Not sure what they did cause they appear to be the same crummy pumps that were there prior. Pumps are one way only which is annoying and limits use since not all vehicles have the fuel tank on the same side. All pumps say pay at pump. I get to pump 1 and it tells me I have to pay inside. I go inside and they tell me it's a pay inside only pump and that I should go to another pump. I then proceed to use the latrine and they have a mop handle running through the door handle so no one can access it. So, I had to walk around the building to the Exchange part of the Shoppette to use the latrine which was disgusting and had no where to hang PC or top in the stall. I go back out to move my vehicle to another pump and I am now having to wait behind 3 vehicles because of the awesome engineering job on this place even though I was here before these other vehicles. BTW, there is no sign at pump 1 stating its a prepay only pump. The fuel prices aren't that much better than off post and the Dothan area has everyone beat on price. I will only be using this Shoppette in an emergency type situation.

Cashiers are great, but store is never stocked. Always out of fountain drink cups or lids, it's a waste of time even bothering to come. I'm always amazed at what passes for quality on base, especially considering the sacrifices soldiers already have to make just being in the Army. Stop somewhere else and save yourself time and hassle.

The place is torn apart, they went to self checkouts, and the one customer service representative (CSR) that does not care to be there or help you! If this were a real business, it'd be out of business!

5 cents off a gallon if you have a Military star card. Also has a liquor store in the back. Staff very friendly and helpful.
