I come here every couple of months randomly to ship back items because fed ex was the only option to choose per return. It’s funny every time I come here it’s always horrible customer service from whoever helps me. This time I came January 12th approximately at 5:30pm. A white man helped me from the back who was talking to his coworker no masks on and came to help me at the front desk. When he approached the front desk he put a mask on. I found that funny and weird but that’s not my complaint.

How he helped me was my complaint. I asked if it was possible that he could but a strand of tape over the box and he ignores my question then asks me what’s in the box. After I tell him what’s in the box he scans my label then says you’re all set. I then ask once again if it’s possible to put a strand of tape on the box to secure it more to make sure I get a response.

He replies “you already mentioned that”. Well really Mr. Smart Guy, if I already mentioned it you should’ve replied with yes sure no problem or actually reply to my question. Instead he ignored my question and scanned the label. This is why I had to ask again to get a response. In which his response should’ve been yes I’ll do that right now. Instead he says “you already mentioned that” rudely. People don’t know how to communicate these days.

He has a serious personality issue and seems like he treats people like they are below him.

I’ve never written a review before but my experience yesterday at this location was so disgusting and unprofessional that I feel it is only right to let other people be aware of what comes with going to this business.

I went to get three passport pictures for my two girlfriends and I. When entering and going to the counter, the short, Hispanic man aggressively threw his finger in my face and told me he’d be with me in a few minutes. This was unnecessary. We finally get greeted with disgusting looks from the purple haired, black woman who then takes us to the photo area and proceeds to tell us, “stop making that face, can we get this over with already.”
MEANWHILE… they have two younger “highschool” girls (who claim they don’t work there) laughing at you while you take your photo in the corner. I’ve never felt so disrespected by employees in my whole life, let alone in Calabasas. This is disgusting behavior. After finally getting back up to the front desk to pay and get our photos, the purple haired woman then continues to tell my two girlfriends that there pictures came out bad and ugly. All of the employees here don’t deserve there job and I will be getting in contact with the higher managing department about all of them. Do not go here. Do not bring your children. Do not do business with them.

I was about to head to this location as it is the closest.

But, looking at the recent reviews, I am appalled that Fedex would continue to employ what appears to be the rudest people on earth. I would rather go farther than take a chance.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Cynthia answered the phone and was incredibly rude. Then a lady with purple hair had the worst attitude. These people do not care about serving customers. Worst FedEx experience in LA. DO BETTER

I went here a few months ago to send something, and the purple-haired thing at the counter couldn’t have been more unfriendly, rude and less helpful if it had tried. Miserable experience. I was just reminded to post something as I unfortunately have something to send via FedEx, but will be driving further away in order to avoid this one at all cost.

Denise is the best!! So helpful so happy. My best experience at FedEx after years on doing business there. She was a smiling face. I took the time to leave this review because Denise went above and beyond took her time and explained everything. I had a lot of questions and she made me feel very comfortable. I am truly appalled with the service here. We have been coming here for 10 years - and Carl the manager has always been an angel and incredibly helpful. But today he was not in, and both women were unbelievably rude and unhelpful as well as Josue. Anything we needed help or advice with they just were deliberately trying NOT to help us. It was incredible. I couldn’t even believe it. Their incompetence and big egos just made it so unbelievaly unemployable. I rarely make reviews but feel so inclined to need to share how upsetting the service is here. I will say that Walter was at least very kind and compassionate towards us and I will still say we love Carl.

But really, the rest of them are truly the worst service I have ever gotten in my life. They really should not be working there because the service they’re ABLE to provide is great that fact that they refuse to do it is just sad.

I hope corporate sees this and can remedy the situation because this is our neighborhood print shop that we e been coming to for 10 years....
