I purchased an identical Lavender scented oil online from this seller that I previously had purchased at another retail establishment. This seller was available to chat when I called to discuss my experience. However, unfortunately, the product I received was not quite up to par. It it appeared to be packaged well: inside bubble wrap and a sturdy exterior shipping box. However, the oil itself was very cloudy and the bubble wrap was a bit oily from some minor seepage. Smell seems okay. I do not think the cloudiness occurred during shipping. My brief internet search suggested other possible causes. I will keep because not worth returning and trying to get a replacement or a refund. Too bad because I loved the initial purchase so much that I thought I had identified a ‘forever’ source of the product. refun.

This is my favorite gift shop and beauty supply! Owner penny is amazing as is the great priced custom blended shower gel. While you can shop online, if you are able to, go into the shop for a one of a kind experience!
