Rare gated Horse estates community in Los Angeles. Beautiful, quiet and private. Great relax living

I went to the rec center to teach private swimming lessons. The pool is beautiful with 25 yards by 4 lanes and a 25 yards by about 12 feet play area. No diving boards. It has a pool house and adjacent playground with ample shade. A lovely community.

Fun gated neighborhood. I love the review talking about how strict they are and how they are all armed. Maybe It's because I'm a young white male so I've got that privilege on my side. But I always go through the gate towards the back of the neighborhood and go mountain biking through it. Security is very friendly and always wave at me. Nice terrain, for any of my mountain biking enthusiasts. They have dedicated dirt trails for horses, and I respect those and don't ride on them, though they do look fun.
