new owners dramatically raised prices and got rid of all the good beer. There were four people working there tonight, and three of them seemingly didn't know where a single thing was in the store.

Somehow this store went from ALWAYS having what I needed to NEVER having what I was looking for.

The new mango lassis are good, though.

Very Friendly Owners. Some staff couldn't understand what I was asking for
That was a little frustrating. I asked for red vine licorice, and he kept saying "wine, over there,".and when I said, "No, licorice," he says, "liquor, there," I gave up. I spend a lot of cash there, seeing I don't have transportation. I don't drink alcohol at all, though....which was funny. I love what the new layout inside. Unfortunately, they don't have everything that I used to be able to buy. Gave a 4 because I thought the owners were extremely friendly. Would have given a 2 because of some employees not being able to understand me, which is poor customer service. Also very neat and clean. Local neighbor.

Did a pricey remodel and raised prices, again. As the previous owners raised the prices to make the numbers more appealing. Probably also sold the new prospective buyers on the fact that they could remodel and raise prices even more after the sale to pay for it. I sometimes try to imagine the public lining up around the block for their chance to pay for the unnecessary remodel of an already expensive convenience. Anyhow, they don't sell cookies anymore.

We love this place,my hubby & I shop here all the time. I've left my phone on the counter, twice, & have gotten it back both times. The family that owns it have done a great deal to upgrade the environment, & its gets better all the time. I love the great big security camera screens that are behind the counter. Best thing they ever put in there.👍
I always buy scratchers here because I've had great luck here.
It has a great "mom & pop store" atmosphere.🙂
