The girls here DO NOT want to work. No greeting or asking if you need help. They spent the entire 45 minutes I was there gossiping about high school dances. And when I did ask for help, two different girls were so rude and dismissive. I asked if they had any white skirts, one girl just said "umm no I don't think so." Without bothering to look. Yes, they did have a white skirt. And I was looking for certain pants as well and a different girl just points and says "they should be on that wall over there" without even looking up or going to help me. Not even giving the bare minimum. Never shopping here again

Decent sized store in good mall, found what we wanted, and service was quick. Staff's customer service skills LACK. No hello or thank you, and they were putting things out on the floor right in front of us a few times with no excuse me or other acknowledgement of any kind.

Why do girls working at this store act like they are doing me a favor by selling me the clothes?
3 girls working … not a single hi or what can I help with? When I walk up to the cashier she is staring at me lifeless. never going to shop here.

i just went here and spent so much money. the girl wearing cowboy boots and a white top with highlights in her hair… she was sooo rude. she accidentally charged me for socks sitting on the counter that SHE forgot to take off and when i asked her if she could exchange them for a wallet she just gave me the dirtiest looks and it was just such a rude experience. it really ruined my night and i won’t be shopping at this one ever again. the girl was so rude for no reason cuz she charged me for the socks in the first place!!! like i for real walked up to the counter with a shirt and necklace and said JUST THESE TWO and i was like 40$ for a shirt and necklace and she still charged me for the socks. and i have a witness. SO DONT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION JUST GO TO PACSUN OR URBAN OUTFITTERS THEY WILL TREAT U WITH RESPECT AND NOT ACT BETTER THAN EVERYONE ELSE.

Very trendy store. People come from out of state to come to this store so it would be nice if they expanded it to fit the amount of people that come in every day. Very cute but also pricey.

The employees are the most racist people I've ever met. This Asian girl working in there accused me of stealing despite me clearly returning the necklace to the rack. I did not place my hands anywhere. My friend who is white was walking in and out of the dressing room with tank tops because she was trying them on. Shw was never asked whether or not she was stealing. After she rudely asked me to empty my pockets, there was nothing found. She clearly looked embarrassed and scurried away shamefully. She did not apologize at all.
