Location:Good, Parking : Where you can find it, Service: Decent, Did they have what I was looking for: Yes, was the price reasonable: Average. Overall: over year's Jack's has grown into the huge store it is now. I seems to have everything needed for local water sports. Prices are a bit high, but I mean, you are by the beach. I was looking for pieces to secure my rear fin, and they had a few, which was great. There was some other products that I would like to rebook at, so yes
I will be back. I give this store a 4.3 ..

Great shop for anything you could ever want at the beach. We were here looking for some good quality hoodies and found so much more. From surf items to gifts Jack’s had it. Prices are what you expect and outs so close to the piers service was wonderful and not only did they ask if we needed help if we had a question there we plenty employees around to help,

I live all there deals on clothes and shoes plus seven days a week they have 40 to 50% off sales no competition comes close in my option

I was sent the wrong pair of shoes and returned them promptly but this place is refusing to give me a refund until they “find” a replacement. The shoes are completely sold out and I’ve stated multiple times that this was a Christmas gift that I obviously no longer need. I simply want a refund since they made the error but they will not issue me one. This is the worst customer service I’ve received in a long time. Don’t both buying from here.

This is a review for the t-shirts. Wow. Very poor quality. My kids got some in October and they are already trashed. So faded and cracked lettering and images. We have t-shirts that are YEARS old from Target that have held up so much better. At probably under $10 a pop. Hot Topic t-shirts too. Unfortunate. They are fun shirts for the month or two they don’t look like rags.

Definitely won’t be back ! BUYER BEWARE! Have been there many times buying major surf brand clothing .. happen to purchase a Jacks brand shirt from US Open . Washed in once and it shrunk 3-4 inches in only the length !!! So short that my husband cannot wear it at all it looks ridiculous . Asked an employee about it and his immediate statement was the same as the manager I was referred to . Went to talk to Wally the manager and was greeted with the most sour face and attitude . I very kindly let him know my concern he stated immediately that “ it is 100% cotton and did I wash it ?” Well of course I washed it! They didn’t tell me I should not wash it ! Have you ever heard such a ridiculous statement ? They both said exactly the same thing so I guess that is their immediate training response to any problem with their clothes . I get if it shrunk a little all over but only in the length and so much that you can’t wear it! No, sorry that happened , no how can I help you , no let me see what I can do for you . It was an immediate response then a dumbfounded look as if I was an idiot for washing it. Won’t be back and glad to pass on the warning … don’t waste your money because they won’t back their own products at all and worst customer service ever ! I own my own small business and would NEVER treat a patron like that … shame on you Jacks for having such poor management and customer service !

I always love visiting Jack's when I'm in town. So many options to choose from. The location is fantastic and the workers are friendly and helpful.
