I love this shop. They have all kinds of corsica toys and candy. I mostly go in for the drinks. They have different kinds of root beer (and Sarsaparilla), cream soda (blue, red, etc), and more drinks. I'll occasionally get candy like fun dip and pop rocks.

Pure nostalgia! This little unassuming store took me back to the 90s with all of the toys, pranks and other stuff that we grew up with. They also have a large selection of taffies and other candies as well as a huge variety of specialty sodas. The owner is super nice and helpful.

Be sure to check that they're open before going. Like many Idyllwild establishments, they are not open on all weekdays.

I definitely recommend a trip here if you're in Idyllwild!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! I'm always so enchanted whenever we can make a special trip up to Idyllwild and are able to treat ourselves to this little gem of a place! All of a sudden, I'm seven years old when I walk through the doors and are greeted by the abundance of the most simplistic, naive toys and games, which is a welcome departure from the overrated electronic gadgets that lack any whimsy. It will strike you to observe how the nostalgic curation of the classic toys on the shelves are on-point: you'll find most are from a time gone by. I especially have my eye on the unique metal robots in-stock, which makes for a super-cool acquisition. And the prices are also quite reasonable. The candy inventory is also not to be missed: lollipops, Jawbreakers, Abbazabbas, Neccos...I opted for a Whatchamacallit bar, which is a chance find these days. It's the toys, though, that are the big stars of this special little shop. We are especially partial to the most friendly gentleman behind the counter (the owner), who is so enthusiastic and cordial. The store itself is as welcoming and full of personality as he is, a sweet place that is never empty whenever we stop by. Needless to say, we love this place...the world needs more establishments like this, which is a welcome, innocent respite. Thank you for making our buy there an actual experience!

the man who i am assuming is the owner was very friendly and there were so many soda pop options in this store!! there was really a little bit of everything and i’m sure anyone will find a drink that they will like here 🙂 the owner took time out of his day to talk about the drinks and the taste and all that so thank you !!
