This is a pleasure of a gallery to visit. As you enter the small but airy space, the feeling is the opposite of stuffy. Colour, heart, and imagination abound, and host and accomplished artist Julianna Poldi easily makes you a part of what’s going on there. The conversation is both casual and profound, and you know you’ve found a gem.
A visit to Golden Pine Gallery is a valuable part of an Idyllwild day. Enjoy!

Everything in this gallery is stunning! If I could give even more stars, I would. What was initially a first-time patronage turned out to be one of the most satisfying visits to a gallery I've been to all year that we'll be sure to return. Julianna is warm, welcoming and makes your experience one of immersion and inclusion. She also took the time to express added backstory and information on each of the exquisite pieces, all of which are inspired and universally appealing....we were even offered an initial greeting by Luna, the house 1/2 dog, 1/2 wolf who is as warm and friendly as Julianna. Everything is completely well-curated, refined and elevated, yet prices are on-point. Overall, this store feels like a best-kept secret! We are so very happy with our buys, we'll be back when gift-time comes around, as well. Needless to say, we'll happily be back. Thank you, Julianna, for your friendly, professional approach and for providing one of the most inclusive experiences we've had in any gallery!

My husband and I stopped in to this gallery with some friends after a delicious brunch at Café Aroma next-door. We left with four paintings that sparked joy! The experience was wonderful from start to finish, finding beautiful art that delighted us, and wonderful conversation and connection with the owner-artist, Julianna. It really put a memorable finishing touch on a wonderful week in Idyllwild. We highly recommend stopping by this gallery. It’s pretty special.

It was my partner and I’s first time in Idyllwild and we visited Julianna’s store. She greeted us so well and made us feel very welcomed. Her art is unbelievable as well as the other unique art displayed in the store. I highly recommend visiting the store, you will not regret it!!!!

This will be the last time I ever whine because we couldn’t get a seat right away at a favorite restaurant. We put our name on the list and left a phone number and decided to walk up the road apiece. There we saw an inviting sign for this gallery. As we stepped onto an outdoor deck, the most soulful half-wolf Luna greeted us, followed immediately by her human companion Julianna, the owner of the gallery. She has curated a wonderful collection and is generous with her knowledge and the warmth of her welcome. Some galleries with less interesting pieces are intimidating because of their snooty vibe and ridiculous pricing. Not Golden Pine. We’ll be back for sure!!

We were spending the day up in Idyllwild and happened upon Julianna's gallery. She made me feel welcome to look around and take my time. We had great conversations about the art and the artists. I couldn't help but take home some original art that will be great reminders of our visit there. She's the real deal.

I love this lady! Juliana is warm and welcoming. Her love of art and life is contagious. A visit to her gallery next to Cafe Aroma is a must when you visit Idyllwild. You will be far from disappointed. Just come to look around. You will leave with a smile.

The more time you spend in the Golden Pine Gallery, the more there is to see. Juliana has multiple talented artists represented on her walls and it was a pleasure to spend time there. We found a fabulous Konrad Carter for our home that’s being rebuilt after the Tubbs Wildfire.
