We walked in spontaneously to look at sofa and love seats. Not knowing exactly what to get, I wanted to walk around and compare items for an average size entry room. Our sales lady Sandra was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was impressed with her patience and sweet personality. She answered many questions and was willing to walk the store with my daughters and I. When we were ready to purchase, she was available and remembered us. She also recalled details of conversations we had a month prior. Overall, her professionalism was what brought me back to the store. I left feeling satisfied with the service and interactions that are sealed with the furniture we bought.

We recently bought a sofa from Living Spaces for delivery, we're happy with the sofa but disappointed with their delivery policy. Apparently you have to pay somewhere around $35-45 for them to help you with the furniture in ANY capacity upon delivery, other than them literally putting it at your doorstep. In our case it was 4 steps... This particular day it was raining and I asked if they could help by simply tilting the the sofa so that I could slide it into my apartment to help me avoid the sofa getting wet in the rain. The delivery guys said they couldnt do so and showed me on the paper where it read "leave at doorstep"... I get it - its a service that takes time and effort, especially if furniture needs to be carried up multiple flights of stairs. But whatever happened to being helpful in the simplest of ways... As you can tell by the picture, it would have taken them no more than 15 seconds of time to help tilting the sofa so I could slide it into my apartment. Im a female of small stature so this would have been all I needed. I could tell one of them wanted to help but the other delivery person holding the delivery papers insisted that they couldnt. Sad that company policy supersedes being human.

I was very happy with the office furniture I purchased. The sales process as easy and fast. I was impressed how well Living Spaces keep me updated throughout the delivery and they showed up within the estimated time period. When hey arrived they were very polite and professional, and installed the furniture very carefully and quickly. I was very happy with the entire process and would recommend Living Spaces to others.

This team was incredibly friendly and helpful. Many people on the floor came to check on us at different times and were not pushy or sales-like.
