Came here to return some clothes I had purchased online and received excellent service from Sebastian and Molly.
In fact, I was looking at address that was not part of the sale dresses and they knew how much I wanted one and they were able to mark it down so I could afford it.

I've lived in this area 30 years now and have shopped at this location numerous times. I also have several sisters that shop here too. Usually i have no problem at this location but this store seem to have a lot of staff turn over which makes it difficult to establish any long term relationship with the staff. I am fine with no staff hovering over as long as they are there when i need assistance all is fine. My last experience really bothered me. I saw 3 staff members help a white lady and none offer any assistance to me, in fact one staff look at me like i was stealing something when i walked in the store. I even smiled to her while she eyed me up and down then walked away. Then as i was at the counter to pay...she thought i was attempting to return the pile of clothes i was purchasing. Perhaps realizing her mistake..she tried to be extra friendly and make conversations but by then its too late. Customers don't like being thought of a thieves or not being helped and neglected or thought of as trouble makers returning clothes. I never return any items and my purchases usually add up to 300$. Word of advice to the staff, this is OC lots of Asians here and yes ..our purchasing power is huge. First impression is so important. After all this a young staff member was the only one that was pleasant. Customer service is vital in retail. Unfortunately, not every one should be in retail.

Usually no problems here whenever I go but the last time I visited (about a week ago) I was met with some of the rudest attitudes ever. One lady (older, blonde hair) literally stepped in front of the rack I was looking at while I was standing not even a foot away to put back clothing and nudged me out of her way about 5 minutes later while huffing under her breath. I would have gladly moved if she had asked but she never did. Had an arm full of about 11 items after being in there for nearly 30 minutes and left right after with nothing. Will not be returning.

The employees at this store are so RUDE and not helpful at all. It's so sad because the Loft has long been one of my favorite stores and I love their clothes, but they are going downhill fast. Hope to never visit the HB location again.

Discussing blouses have make up on them and full of wrinkles so gross..Your better off saving your money and saving it for the real deal this was bad I took 2 blouses to the ck out but they were stained ughhhh
