We had a great entire experience with the owner Jay here and we ABSOLUTELY LOVE our new electric bikes. So much so that we took em out for a ride to the beach as soon as we purchased them and left our car at the shop. When we came back, he helped us make any necessary adjustments. I feel like he truly goes above and beyond to cater to his customers and we are truly grateful for the extra love he showed us!

The guy running the place was extremely difficult and inconvenienced to do anything even with nobody there. On top of being salty, they don't take "debit cards" even if it's a card that can be ran as credit. Not sure what they are trying to pull there.

Bought a couple of EPioneer bikes here in 2021, sales guy told us the bikes had a lifetime warranty and a 1 year on the battery. One bike has less than 500 miles on it amd the battery is done, done, done... they want to charge $450 for a new battery and now the bike warranty is only 10 years now, not what we were told when we bought the bikes. I can get a new battery anywhere else way cheaper. I don't think I will go back here for parts or service.

This is the best place to go if you need to rent, buy, or fix. I bought a ebike online, wrong decision, I've had issues from the start. Jay Frecsh was so helpful and definitely helped me figure out what was wrong with my bike. I should've bought a bike from Jay. Go and check this shop out, buy from a small business, help the community, you will not be disappointed!

Jay at Fresch Electric Bikes, not enough good things can be said! Jay opened after closing greeted me with a smile and spent time interested in what I was saying. Then opend a box of a new bike not on the floor. This bike was crazy beyond all expectations. Jay got the bike ready on short notice, gave us a rocking deal and even the shirt off his back, literally! If you are looking for an ebike, you owe yourself the pleasure of meeting Jay!

This is absolutely the best bike shop in Huntington Beach!!! 🚲 They beat the competition hands down in price and service. Jay helped us pick out 2 E-bikes and we "Road Out" very happy in less than 1 hr.
Great selection and great service 🤠
