I cannot say enough great things about Relax The Back - Huntington Beach! I walked into the store in extreme back pain, barely able to move comfortably. As soon as I mentioned a few of my symptoms, Johnathan took the time to listen and truly understand what I was going through.

For two hours, he guided me through different tools and chairs designed to alleviate pain, allowing me to experience firsthand what could help my specific needs. His knowledge, patience, and dedication were beyond anything I expected. By the time I left, I felt significantly better than when I walked in—something I didn’t think was possible in such a short time.

I bought the MID BACK EXECUTIVE OFFICE CHAIR a year ago. Leather is uncomfortable in my climate, so I got about every other upgrade possible...even the adjustable headrest. I paid almost $4K, so I expected a quality, hi-end office chair AND customer service. Unfortunately, I received neither. The chair arrived broken from the manufacturer (Lifeform), but I didn't know it was defective immediately. I tried every adjustment possible to get comfortable and it wasn't until the chair started making a loud popping noise that I got down on my hands and knees to inspect the chair in detail. The seat is not level and leans-down on the left side, causing me to sit crooked (no wonder I had pain and couldn't get comfortable).
Even though it was just past the 30-day return policy, I contacted the RTB store I purchased from (Huntington Beach). They claimed they would remedy the situation and reach out to Lifeform. I didn't hear anything for about a week and a half, so I reached out to RTB again. They claimed they hadn't heard back from Lifeform and would try again. A day later I received contact from Lifeform with the filed-claim made the day prior...meaning that RTB either lied and never actually got in contact with Lifeform the first time or didn't care enough to actually reach them the first time.
To make a very long story shorter, I've gone back and forth with RTB and Lifeform. I've provided detailed descriptions and pictures with measurements, but both RTB and Lifeform will not solve the issue. RTB has "washed their hands of it". Even though I am a technician by trade, I asked Lifeform to send out a technician to diagnose the issue, which Lifeform says that they will not (I own a HumanTouch massage chair, which had a fairly-minor issue, and Human Touch promptly flew a technician from Oahu to fix it.). I've kept trying to reach out to Lifeform but they are not responding. I am stuck with a VERY expensive chair that is unusable from companies who don't actually stand-behind their products.
FYI: I found out, after the sale, that IF the manufacturer was actually going to fix my chair, that I would have to pay for labor and shipping...even though my chair was originally shipped from the manufacturer defective.
Please do NOT make the same mistake I did by purchasing from RTB or Lifeform. I should have went with a better chair, warranty, and customer service...like directly from Steelcase, Herman Miller, or the HumanTouch Perfect Chair with laptop desk.

I highly recommend this store and their products!! I purchased a Human Touch recliner from Jonathan specifically for knee replacement surgery recovery and it is amazing!!! All of my doctors say that sitting in zero gravity as much as possible is making a huge difference in my recovery!!! This chair is so comfortable and so easy to keep my leg elevated while I watch tv or work on my computer it is great! This store and this chair are the best!!!! Thank you for the quick and no pressure service!!!

Went here to get a contoured pillow to help with my sleep posture. I got "fitted" for a $140 Tempur-Pedic pillow. After sleeping on it for four nights, neck pain I'd never had before came on in the worst way. I had to stop using this pillow, and the pain went away.
Wild that I came to a back and neck place and left with problems I never had before.
Of course, they waited until after I swiped my credit card, and the transaction went through to tell me it was a final sale. After calling and complaining, I went back in for another pillow. They told me store credit was my only option. So they fitted me to something else that was $90 more expensive. This place is such a racket.
They don't allow for refunds, so l'm locked into spending even more money there on another pillow.
Needless to say, I don't trust their guidance after the first experience with a trash pillow. I'm certainly not dropping more money on another pillow that may or may not work out for me.
I also find it insane that they won't allow for returns because they have to "destroy the pillow," but they are more than happy to sell you a used demo pillow off the showroom floor.
Stay away at all costs. Amazon is cheaper anyway, and at least you can return your stuff there if it doesn't work out.

I came here to buy my first proper office chair after years of dealing with the cheapest chair I could find on Amazon. Jonathan was immediately so welcoming and helpful. I had so many questions because it was my first time buying a nice chair, and he answered all my questions patiently and gave me all the information I needed to feel confident with my purchase.

I've been using my new chair for a week now and it's been such an improvement! I don't have to fidget around to find a comfortable position, so I have more focus on what I'm working on. It's great knowing that this chair will last me a long time, and it will also keep my posture supported so my back lasts me a long time too.
