I had an amazing experience at Jax. Manny & Colin were very professional & friendly on the phone and in person. Jesse performed my e-bike service. Not only did he take it in same day, but he made adjustment to the bike that I didn't even think to ask about! He even took the time to install an upgraded bike seat I bought in the store during the service. The work done was top flight & he allowed me to buzz around him and ask questions so I could learn more about my bike. The price of service & parts was extremely fair as well. I can't recommend Jax enough as someone new to Huntington Beach.

Thought they were friendly at first but they turned neutral after I purchased.. wouldn’t put slime in it. What bike company won’t do that? Never seen that before. I had to install my own water bottle holder. Wished I could give them - stars

Jax bikes in Huntington Beach is amazing!!! I've gone there many times over the years for parts and recently Jesse did some repairs on my older bike, but today I bought a new ebike from them and I could not be happier that I bought from them. Jesse the service manager is unbelievably helpful, kind and patient and thoroughly explains things. Misty the store manager is also fantastic, so kind and helpful and knowledgeable. The prep they did on the bike was great and I just feel confident moving forward that this is going to be a great place to service my bike in the future. They truly like to help people and they are very knowledgeable and thorough. I have bought many bikes over the years at a lot of different bike stores but this has been the best experience yet.

Took my full suspension Trek to the Jax HB for a hydraulic brake issues . It's took over a week , so I decided to spend more on up grades and get the bike back into good riding condition. Spent over $600.00 in up grades . I was excited couldn't wait to get my bike back. So I get a call from the tech about an upgrade issue . We spoke about the issues and resolved it ,nothing about the original issues the Hydraulic brakes! Most important was discussed . So my bikes ready and I get there , excited they grab my bike and it has no brakes !! After all the work that was done , the brakes were never fixed!! So I complain immediately!! They claimed they called me to tell me , I would have said fix it if it needed a new system . Right. No the tech pretty much called me a liar!! And said. They spoke with me around the time of the original call , I disagreed . Nobody ever said a word!! So now I've spent $600. Can't go on my ride and still have a bike with NO brakes!! Waste of money for me and to be insulted at the same time. So I was bummed , I took it to a different shop , the brakes were just needed oil , no leaks , no seals, no new system needed!! After hearing my story with JAX !! They didn't even charge me . Awesome!! SMH at JAX local HB resident won't be back anytime soon !!

Misty was awesome in helping me complete my bike selection over the phone and then getting it ready on time for pre-xmas pickup. The service department (Jesse?) was also great getting my tubes and chains fixed on my other bikes. Glad I called Jax.

Once again Misty and Jesse came to my rescue. For the second weekend in a row I had a flat tire. I called a taxi (van) but my bike wouldn't fit. I once again called Misty and even though I was further away (still in HB) Jesse came and picked me up (and opened/closed my door what a gentleman) As a single women with no family in SoCal I can't tell you how much i appreciated this. This is the best custom service and it's nice to see a business be so customer focus. Side note Manny sold me my bike at the Bellflower location. What a GREAT trio you have working at the HB store. As much as I like and appreciate them i told them I hope I don't see them for awhile 😁

I just got in to biking. I have minimal knowledge of bikes. My wife was gifted a giant road bike that needed some basic tune ups. Came here and anthony was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and was very curious he was patient with us and was able to get my wife ready to ride. 4 months later i brought my bike in and he was able to help me out as well. This place is honest and they have great customer service. I highly recommend this place. There is plenty of bike shops closer to my home but id rather drive the extra distance.
