My Girlfriend and I recently purchased a queen size retreat hybrid mattress along with the resort base and a set of resort sheets. We had visited the HB store earlier in the year. Kelly and Brittany were very helpful in getting everything shipped up to us. We set the bed up ourselves no problems and have slept on it for 2 nights now. So far it is very comfortable and the adjustable base is really nice. The resort sheets are very soft. Couldn’t ask for a better bed buying experience. Looking forward to many restful nights ahead!

I ordered a mattress and bedding today. Haven’t gotten it yet so can’t speak to the delivery, however the customer service process in ordering was really incredible. The fitted sheet is too small and doesn’t stay on my mattress. Super bummed about it because i don’t think i can return it since i already used them. Other than that they are very soft and nice. Just a lot of money for something that really isn’t working for me. Kelly the girl who sold them to me was very nice 👍🏾

The memory foam on this bed is so comfortable and the sheets are really soft and have been nice and cool for summertime. Our mattress got a snag on the cover during shipment (the box showed up all mangled) the snag was pretty small and honestly didn’t affect the integrity of the bed, but we let the company know and they sent us a new mattress cover right away. I would recommend Cariloha to everyone. It’s been a great choice in bedding that we don’t regret.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Kelly and her team. I’ve bought a mattress and several sheets from her and Kelly and her team were so helpful. And when my sheets ripped at the corner they replaced them at no cost. Top notch customer service. Can’t recommend them enough!!!

I had $30 of Caraloha money to spend, and went back to the Huntington Beach, CA store where I recently purchased sheets. The owner was not present, and two young women were manning the desk. I asked them if they had any medium womens pajamas in stock in any color (only XS, L and XL were on the rack). The women said they didn't have any and weren't ordering any new pajamas in the future. I had never purchased pjs from them before and was uncertain about the size I needed. I asked them if they could order medium pajamas for me since I saw them online today and they said no. They weren't dealing with pajamas. Good to know! I went home and ordered them easily on line. The owner should know that these staff members are hurting her business and discouraging people from buying merchandise. I will certainly never return to the Huntington Beach store.

They had a beautiful blanket on display. It was the last left in that color. They brought two others out that they said were the same color but six other customers in the store agreed with me that the one on display was a different color. I asked if I could purchase the display. They said no and told me they are all the same even after several of us in the store agreed the display was a different color. I asked once more if I could buy the display as it’s different and they said no. Makes absolutely no sense to me why you would not want to sell a display when the customer is willing to buy it instead of a new packaged blanket. I really wanted it. Very disappointing. Will never be back there. I’m a local resident so you really are selling to the locals and not tourists for your products. Terrible customer service and policies. Sounds like from the other reviews Kelly was not there today. A young man was the one who couldn’t help me.

Stop in! you will not believe this place, even if just to learn about the incredible resource that is bamboo. Kelly is so knowledgeable and kind she loves what she does. I got 4 pillows and they are the absolutely coziest pillows ive ever felt.
