I called for a wheelchair for my mom. The lady answered in Spanish, which I have zero problem with. After all, this is Imperial Valley. Besides, yo hablo Español. But this lady didn't let the conversation get that far. When I asked about wheelchairs in English, the lady waited about 5 seconds, muttered something under her breath in Spanish, and hung up on me. I gave the benefit of the doubt, that maybe we got disconnected, and called right back. No answer. So I called back again, no answer. So I left a message saying that was very unprofessional, but if they'd like to do business they can return my call. That was a bit too much for them to handle. And here we are.

I can't help but feel like that lady was prejudiced. That if I spoke perfect Spanish, my mom would've had a wheelchair today. Oh wait, that's right, I PRETTY MUCH DO. No es importa. Gracias a Dios por "Lowe's". 🤣🤣👍🏻👍🏻

Worst service ever, they are hardly ever working there, they never answer your calls, they never return your call when you leave a message. They should close that place.
