Prices have gone through the roof. I still remember 50% discount storewide on major holidays ar Salvation Army and Goodwill.
You still get DONATIONS. So why the high prices? But greed has won for now.

Years ago Brawley had a collection of really good thrift stores but times have changed. The thrift stores are still here but the selection of stuff they sell has become very limited and over priced. I still visit one every so often just to see what they have.
