The plaza outlet is nice with great stores to visit, lots of sitting areas to relax , but what this place needs is more places to eat!!! The options that are available are not very good. Other than that it's ok!

Nice clean outlets right against the border. It is an ok selection of shops but for the size of the place I was hoping for a few more but it's really not a big deal. The food court is tasty! Get a burrito they are delicious from that place. Yeah it is never too busy and is big so never feels cramped. Shop till you drop

The outlet has pretty good stores, has really clean restooms, it has a specific place where you can go eat, the price its not too expensive or too cheap.If you are trying to go buy some clothes,shoes,or even some perfumes or colones I really recommend this place and it has a really comfortable bus just for the outlet.

The Cosmetic Company Outlet Store here is the absolute worst store I have ever dealt with. The staff has changed and the new staff is rude, accusatory, and hostile. Zero professionalism and downright mean and hurtful treatment of customers. I’m not the only one- look it up. I took my mistreatment up to corporate. I received a phone call, a formal apology and a complimentary perfume from corporate. Luckily I had screenshots, recordings and everything to provide as proof. Corporate told me they couldn’t get the store manager here to agree to apologize to me. That should tell you all there is to know.

Very unfortunate experience. I went a few months ago, and this mall is about to die. There were only a few businesses open and most had barely any clients shopping. The only active store is Burlington but even that is a reach. I think it hasn't closed because it depends on its Mexicali customers but who knows, I'm not from Calexico. One of the many examples that malls are not like they used to be.
